HadAgent: Harness-Aware Decentralized Agentic AI Serving with Proof-of-Inference Blockchain Consensus

This collection contains multiple systems and algorithms for decentralized AI serving, distributed computation, GPU/kernel generation, on-device LLM deployment, and interactive simulation.
