What happened
HashiCorp Terraform (v1.16.0 beta/alpha series and v1.15.8) introduces persistence of provider planned-private data and a new terraform_data "store" block that can hold ephemeral and sensitive values across plan and apply. Other changes include providers supporting nested computed blocks, import blocks inside modules, machine-readable -json output for some commands, new on_failure trigger modes, provider-install/init ordering changes (v1.15.8), and new Linux s390x builds. Security implications: provider-specific sensitive data may now be written to plan/state artifacts or otherwise be retained
